Our Pre-Site Certifier is a trained professional who knows all the laws, building codes and local regulations that apply to the construction industry. Our building certifier is the person responsible for ensuring any construction meets council approval for new constructions. Without his knowledge, your building project may not receive a building permit or permission to occupy the premises when the job is complete. Our in-site service ensures you meet regulations prior to it being sent to a Certifier, thus saving you time and money.
Because many faults cannot be detected after completion and correcting faults can be extremely expensive if they are not detected early, you are required by law to appoint a building certifier (technically called a Principle Certifying Authority or PCA) before construction begins. Council can appoint a building certifier for you (at your expense) or you can hire a licensed and registered private certifier.
Our Pre-Site Certifier is just part of our overall service that G Developments provides which most builders don’t.
